Back by popular demand.

I was going to say I’ve been mia, but I’ve just been getting fat. I’m back in the world. Current: 153lb still 5ft short. I’ve lost 7lbs already and I’m back in the gym daily. So keep track of myself here, again. I need inspiration to keep me going. So let’s go…

Gutted.

This was the last progression picture I took. Can’t remember the date, must be over 6 months. In that 6 months I’ve gained everything back. I’m back to square one. Not good, not happy, not going to let it happen again. Watch this space.

Feeling slightly down… 

I’ve cancelled my gym membership and I’ve pretty much taken 40 steps back. I used to walk to work and stand up for the whole 8 hours I was there now, I drive to work and sit down for the whole 8 hours. I’ve not weighed myself in forever and after seeing a picture of me from the back and had a little cry to my boyfriend, I think i’m back on the wagon, so to speak. 

Server motivation is needed. 

I will be back haha!
