Feeling slightly down…
I’ve cancelled my gym membership and I’ve pretty much taken 40 steps back. I used to walk to work and stand up for the whole 8 hours I was there now, I drive to work and sit down for the whole 8 hours. I’ve not weighed myself in forever and after seeing a picture of me from the back and had a little cry to my boyfriend, I think i’m back on the wagon, so to speak.
Server motivation is needed.
